We ship every order with UPS from the United States. This page always shows our current schedule and rates.
Where we ship
- Contiguous United States (lower 48 states + Washington, DC): all shipping options below, including free standard shipping on qualifying orders.
- Alaska and Hawaii: shipped by quote. Please email info@proresearchpeptide.com with your order and address and we will send you a shipping quote.
- P.O. boxes: UPS cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. Please use a physical residential or business street address.
Same-day shipping and cutoff times
Orders placed before the cutoff on a shipping day ship the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff ship on the next shipping day. Orders placed after Saturday’s cutoff ship on Monday, unless that day is a holiday or a closure listed below. All times are Eastern Time (ET).

During very busy periods we may pause same-day shipping. When that happens the website says so and orders ship the next business day.
Shipping options and delivery estimates
- Standard Shipping (UPS Ground) — $7.99, free on orders of $299 or more. Estimated 3–5 business days in transit after your order ships.
- UPS 2-Day — $14.99. Estimated 2 business days in transit after your order ships (not 2 days from when you order).
Orders that qualify for free standard shipping can still choose a paid faster option at checkout.
Delivery dates shown on the website and at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Transit time is counted in business days (Monday–Friday) starting from the day your order ships. It does not include the day you place your order, weekends or UPS holidays, and Saturday delivery is not guaranteed. “2-Day” means two business days in transit after your order ships, not two calendar days from when you order.
Free shipment protection
Every order includes free shipment protection. If your package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, including broken vials or glass, we will send you a replacement of the affected items. Approved claims are replaced, not refunded.
- Report it within 15 days of the date your order shipped by emailing info@proresearchpeptide.com.
- Damaged or broken items: include photos of the items and of the packaging they arrived in.
- Lost or stolen packages: include your order number, the tracking number and a short description of what happened.
We review every claim and reply by email. All other sales are final, as described in our Refund Policy.
