Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing Pro Research! We take pride in the quality of our products and the service we provide. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges, or to issue refunds, for purchases made on our website, with the one exception below.
Exception: lost, stolen or damaged shipments
Every order includes free shipment protection. If your package is lost, stolen or arrives damaged, including broken vials or glass, we will send you a replacement of the affected items. Approved claims are replaced, not refunded.
- Report the problem within 15 days of the date your order shipped by emailing info@proresearchpeptide.com.
- Damaged or broken items: include photos of the items and of the packaging they arrived in.
- Lost or stolen packages: include your order number, the tracking number and a short description of what happened.
